Job Summary:
The Human Resources Manager develops and coordinates the implementation of people related services, policies, and programs. This role enacts practices along with organizational strategies pertaining to human resource issues and works toward building a company culture where employees are encouraged and empowered, allowing for an ongoing development process of excellence amongst its work force. The Manager of HR works collaboratively with other leadership to assist, advise, and provide support when employee or company issues arise. This role is also responsible for meeting department and company standards for productivity, product knowledge, resourcefulness, and being solution driven.
