Job Description Reporting to the Recruiting Director (RD), the Recruiting Coordinator (RC) is responsible for supporting the successful execution of the Firm’s and their region’s recruiting strategies and hiring goals by monitoring and reporting insights and an understanding of the quantitative measures of their region’s key performance metrics, to ensure that hiring forecasts are met on a rhythmic basis throughout the year. The RC assesses the following key performance indicators: Achieve Mastering Your Recruiting Relationships (MYRR) market and regional hiring goal; Achieve conversion rate goals; 70% of hires within our 3–6-year profile; 80% of hires through our Referral Appreciation Program (RAP); Regularly track and manage ineffective hires with an awareness of retention trends and ineffective hiring forecast; and Ensure accurate and timely documentation of data in our systems. This position offers a unique opportunity to work closely with various internal groups to identify, warm, and recruit interested future Siegfried SEALs while infusing foundational Leadership Advisory concepts throughout the process. An RC will gain valuable experience in recruiting and will provide them with the tools and training required to help catapult them into a successful career within our Firm. Essential Functions & Key Responsibilities Support the RD in their efforts to execute the Recruiting strategy to achieve the Recruiting forecast targets for the market/region Identify excellent and outstanding professionals that embody the attributes of our High Performance Model and alignment to Siegfried’s Higher Purpose, 5 Promises, and Professional Resource Offering Provide support to the team to ensure we are always recruiting and building genuine, meaningful relationships with potential candidates regardless of the Firm’s short-term hiring needs Possess strong organizational skills (an RC is expected to organize, track, and communicate the entire recruiting process to Leadership teams in the market/region, as well as keeping both the candidate and referral source well-informed along the way) Timely and effectively scheduling of candidate connections, including screens, interviews, closings, and beaker warming efforts Effectively collaborate with, and leverage, National Market Sales Team (NMST) and National Professional Resource Team (NPRT), to complete recruiting activities in a timely and effective manner Employ judgment to assist in uncovering “Pretenders” who are not aligned, motivated, or inspired by what Siegfried has to offer through challenging, thought-provoking questions Thoroughly document meetings/presentations and recruiting activities Provide Five-Star Client Service and collaborate with various internal teams, always seeking to understand differing perspectives Collaborate with team to create strategic and thoughtful warming plans for potential candidates and Beaker contacts Assist the internal team members with gathering key performance metrics of agency partners and stakeholders, including conversation ratios, hiring metrics, etc. Supervisory Responsibility This position has no supervisory responsibilities.
