What you’ll do:
As the Human Resources Generalist within our Utilimaster division, you will play a critical role in progressing the Human Resources systems and initiatives at our Kansas City, MO facility in the areas of recruitment and selection, benefits, compensation, and performance management.
You will also be involved with overseeing the plant's conflict resolution activity and making recommendations to respective leaders about paths to resolution. In addition, you will be responsible for administering company compensation and benefits programs and investigating claims of policy or code of ethics violations.
