Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field (e.g., Psychology, Social Work, Counseling)
- Certification or licensure in relevant areas such as addiction counseling or mental health counseling
- Strong knowledge of crisis intervention strategies and systems
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with diverse populations
- Previous experience in behavioral health settings preferred
