Your Mission:

Door-to-Door Outreach: Engage with potential clients in the community, spreading awareness and encouraging sign-ups for mental health services.

Reliable Transportation:Must have your own transportation – we'll help you make a difference, one door at a time!

Passionate Communication: Speak enthusiastically about the positive impacts of mental health services and inspire others to join the cause.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Client Recruitment: Actively identify and engage potential clients, articulating the benefits of mental health services.

2. Professional Representation: Maintain a polished appearance, articulate the agency's mission, and demonstrate in-depth knowledge of services.

3. Sales and Persuasion: Use strong sales skills to persuade potential clients, clearly communicating the benefits of mental health programs.

4. Community Engagement: Build positive relationships with community organizations, local leaders, and represent the agency at events.

5. Door-to-Door Canvassing: Engage in direct outreach efforts, delivering compelling messages about mental health services.

6. Setting Up Tables in Populated Areas: Secure locations in populated areas, interact with passersby, and distribute informational materials.

7. Understanding of Low-Income Communities: Demonstrate cultural competence and tailor outreach strategies to resonate with community needs.

8. Knowledge of Medicaid Systems: Navigate the Medicaid system, assist with applications, and advocate for mental health accessibility.

9. Confidentiality and HIPAA Compliance: Adhere strictly to HIPAA regulations, maintaining client confidentiality, and educating potential clients on privacy commitments.

10. Commission-Based Role: Operate as an independent contractor with bi-weekly pay, developing effective strategies to maximize client recruitment and commission earnings.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in sales or community outreach, preferably in mental health or healthcare.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Knowledge of mental health services and familiarity with Medicaid systems.

- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

- Strong organizational and self-management skills.

- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.
