Position Description: OVERVIEW
Under general supervision, performs a variety of routine accounting and clerical duties to support Accounting, Human Resources, and Senior Management.
Responsibilities and Results: Handle administrative requests/tasks and queries
Produce and distribute correspondence to include: memos, letters, and forms
Reconcile various accounts
Create and maintain various spreadsheets
Process Wire Transfers and Garnishments
Process bank related payments
Entries to General Ledger, as needed
Prepare and submit various notices and regulatory reports, as needed
Backup for Accounts Payable and Daily Bank Balancing of correspondent banks
Perform back-up payroll processing duties, as needed by: entering, auditing, reviewing timecards and payroll data
Assists with the following internal programs:
o Employee Anniversaries and birthdays
o Employee Appreciation treats and/or events
o Logo-wear program
o Employee of the Month
Understand and follow bank/department regulations, policies, and procedures, and participate in all compliance-related training
Perform other duties as assigned and/or necessary
