Responsibilities:
- Assist the store manager in daily operations and management of the retail store
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
- Train and supervise store employees, including conducting employee orientation and providing ongoing coaching and feedback
- Monitor and analyze sales performance to meet sales targets and goals
- Assist in inventory management, including receiving, stocking, and organizing merchandise
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations in a professional manner
- Collaborate with the store manager to develop and implement sales strategies
- Maintain store appearance and ensure visual merchandising standards are met
Requirements:
- Previous experience in sales or retail management is preferred
- Strong organizational and leadership skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to interview, hire, train, and manage employees effectively
- Proficient in sales techniques and strategies
- Knowledge of budgeting principles and ability to manage store expenses
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
