Location: Community Center Director/NWCC/WPB, FloridaPosition Type: Regular – Full Time (Exempt)Pay Range: $60,262.00 annually.About this opportunity: Key responsibilities:Provides directions, training, and support in program implementation, capacity building, community relations, fundraising, grants and grant documentation, membership recruitment and other areas of operation as required. Directs, plans, manages, assigns, schedules, and supervises the work of the Northwest Community Center personnel. Trains and instructs employees in the proper methods and procedures, monitors work in progress and upon completion to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with established policies and procedures. Conducts performance evaluations and provides salary, hiring, and firing recommendations to Supervisor and HR Department. Researches, plans, develops, schedules, promotes, implements, and monitors the core program areas and activities for all age groups, based on the needs and interest of the local community. What we are looking for in you:Bachelors’ degree from an accredited college or university in Social Services, Child Development, or a related field,andThree years progressively responsible experience administering social service programs preferably targeted to child development with at least two years in a supervisory capacityorany equivalent combination of training and experience which provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities.Physical Requirements and Working Conditions:Ability to work in word, excel and office computer programs. Ability to read, write, and communicate the English language. Ability to perform routine and complex mathematical computations and analysis needed for budget administration.
