We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Human Resources Generalist to join our team. The HR Generalist will play a key role in supporting the HR department and ensuring the smooth operation of various HR functions, including employee training requirements and the maintenance of such. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR processes, excellent communication skills, and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
```Responsibilities```
- Administer various HR programs and initiatives, including employee onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.
- Conduct interviews and assist with the recruitment process.
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters.
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Assist with data collection and analysis for HR metrics reporting.
- Support change management initiatives within the organization.
- Coordinate employee orientation sessions.
- Assist with talent management activities, including training and development programs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective HR operations.
```Qualifications```
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field, or significant verifiable employment with continued growth and responsibility within the field of HR.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in an HR Generalist role.
- Strong knowledge of HR processes, policies, and procedures.
- Experience with Payroll and HRIS systems such as UKG, ADP, or Workday.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
