Job Objective :
The purpose of the Store Production Supervisor is to oversee the Production process and the personnel assigned to that process with a focus on meeting established production / sales quotas / goals.

Wage Information : $13 per hour
Minimum Qualifications :
The requirements listed below are representative of the minimal education, experience, skills, and / or abilities required for this position.
Education Experience : High School diploma or currently pursuing. Experience following and giving direction. Retail sales production and / or thrift store experience is highly preferred;
Or, any equivalent combination of training and experience which provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities.

Oversees Production Team assigned by management. This may include paid staff, volunteers, and beneficiaries.

The work environment for this position is a store environment with a quiet to moderate noise level. The environment may be dusty and may experience temperature fluctuations based on weather.
