Requested Tasks

• Organize and conduct client tours of all assigned spaces
• Create detailed banquet event orders for execution of events
• Work closely with banquet department on operations and event execution
• Monitor group room blocks and pick up
• Maintain constant and accurate communication across sales department

Requested Capabilities

• Event detailing experience preferred
• Strong time management skills
• Experience with use of Opera, Delphi preferred
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Ability to learn and manage multiple internal systems
