Requested Tasks

-Organize and conduct client tours of all assigned spaces 

-Create detailed banquet event orders for execution of events

-Work closely with banquet department on operations and event execution

-Monitor group room blocks and pick up

-Maintain constant and accurate communication across sales department 

Requested Capabilities

-Event detailing experience preferred

-Strong time management skills

-Experience with use of Opera, Delphi preferred

-Excellent problem-solving skills

-Ability to learn and manage multiple internal systems
