Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Leader to oversee the operations of our branch office. As the Branch Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team, driving business development, and ensuring the overall success of the branch.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise branch staff, providing guidance and support to achieve performance goals
- Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and meet sales targets
- Identify new business opportunities and cultivate relationships with potential clients
- Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement
- Implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction
- Lead and participate in project management initiatives to drive operational excellence

- Lead, manage, and develop the sales department and team
- Monitor branch performance metrics, including profit loss, sales revenue, and customer satisfaction
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred)
- Proven experience in business development and sales management
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Demonstrated ability to drive process improvement initiatives
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Proficient in strategic planning and decision-making
- Experience in supervising staff and managing performance
- Strong financial acumen with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions

Salary: $60,000-$80,000
