Compensation Services in Campus Human Resources is charged with administering salary programs for the world class staff who are employed by UCLA. In collaboration with department leadership and Human Resources professionals, the Compensation Consultant provides a full range of compensation services to assigned client organizations. The scope of duties includes compensation analysis and job evaluation services in support of campus client departments; assisting the Director in revising, designing and delivering compensation strategy and training for a variety of audiences; providing advice on application of policies and procedures related to classification and compensation; conducting market studies; performing data collection and providing analysis to support requests. The Compensation Consultant provides outstanding customer service to campus partners while working in a collegial and collaborative manner; participates as a member of the HRIS initiatives project team and supports other compensation related projects with the Compensation team and/or internal and external clients.
