As an Inside Sales Agent, you will play a crucial role in our organization, generating leads, building relationships, and supporting our team's success. Responsibilities
  • Generate qualified leads for the sales team so they can provide a quick response to customers
  • Track performance goals and key sales metrics on a monthly and quarterly basis to make sure company goals are achieved
  • Update customer database regularly to provide the most up-to-date client information to the sales team
  • Seek out new business opportunities within the assigned geographies to expand clientele
  • Prospect potential customers via cold calling, email, or other forms of communication to ensure they are added to the sales pipeline and produce more qualified leads

  • Your primary focus will be on database conversion, appointment setting, and relationship building.
  • Demonstrate an aggressive approach in generating results with key decision-makers on a daily basis.
  • Collaborate with our field sales team to coordinate and execute meetings.
  • Provide daily reports on your activities and results.
  • Proactively seek improvement through coaching and feedback provided by our management team.
  • Embrace a growth-oriented mindset, being open to new ideas and receptive to coaching.
Qualifications
  • Working knowledge of the sales process and CRM software
  • Great time management, interpersonal, and communication skills, both written and verbal
  • 2 years of experience in sales or a similar role

Compensation
$45,000 plus bonuses
