Responsibilities
  • Follow up with prospects via email, phone calls, and other forms of communication to add them to the sales pipeline and generate qualified real estate leads
  • Maintain and grow existing business opportunities within the geographical area to expand our sales region
  • Track monthly and quarterly performance and sales key metrics to ensure sales goals are met
  • Qualify the incoming leads you generate for appointments with realtors and field agents to provide quick response times and meet their needs

Lead Source Management

  • Oversee team leads to ensure compliance with requirements for each lead source, such as Realtor.com, Zillow, CRM, Digital Ads, etc.
  • Ensure agents are meeting their goals and work with them to improve their conversion rates. 
  • Meet routinely with representatives of each lead source to stay up-to-date with any changes or updates.

Lead Phone Calls

  • Be available to answer incoming lead phone calls.
  • Respond promptly to inquiries and provide information about the team's services and available properties.
  • Qualify leads by gathering relevant information and determining their level of interest and readiness to engage with a real estate agent.
  • Direct leads to the appropriate team member or schedule appointments as necessary.

Appointment Setting

  • Call and secure appointments for MRG agents, distributing them on a rotational basis.
  • Spending 3-4 hours per day calling buyers leads to schedule appointments for agents.
  • Engage in conversations with potential clients, assess their real estate needs, and provide relevant information about available properties.
  • Nurture leads as needed. 

Team Support

  • Work closely with team managers to align goals and strategies.
  • Provide training and guidance to agents to help them meet their targets.
  • Ensure agents are meeting their performance metrics and numbers.

Manage Team CRM

  • Ensure accurate and up-to-date entry of lead information.
  • Work with marketing to revamp communications based on the needs of the agents. 
  • Generate reports and provide analysis on lead conversion rates, sales metrics, and team performance.
Qualifications

  • Proven experience in real estate or sales, preferably in a leadership or managerial role.
  • Strong knowledge of real estate platforms such as Realtor.com, Zillow, and CRMs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and support a team.
  • Proficient in appointment setting and securing appointments for real estate agents.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with the Santa Clarita real estate market is a plus.
Compensation
$60,000 Commission
