Our company is located in Los Angeles and we are a marketing, sales and promotional advertising firm seeking a Verizon Direct Sales Representative. The position is a full-time position with opportunities to extend and grow your career from within. 

We offer sales and marketing experience for our Verizon Direct Sales Representative working to represent our partnership with our client servicing leaders in the telecommunications industry. The Verizon Direct Sales Representative will work directly with our Manager and receive full coaching and training. This may involve doing research on a target market, actively participating in product knowledge seminars and morning meetings, and providing direct customer service and sales support to consumers. The Verizon Direct Sales Representative can expect to gain insight into innovative marketing, sales, and communications strategies through full participation in company activities and directives.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Conduct market and territory research to work with customers and advise them on best fit service for their needs 
• Assist Managers with customer interactions and sales support to increase revenue generated
• Assist with the launch of new campaigns and products as needed
• Accurately input customer data and track sales records
• Attend and learn all product knowledge for clients and apply in actual consumer interactions and marketing initiatives
• Additional duties as assigned

Experience and Qualifications:

• 1-2 years experience in a customer service position
• High school diploma or GED is preferred
• Strong communication skills
• Desire to get hands-on work experience and be consistently challenged in the program
• Ability to function professionally in a fast-paced environment
