Line Cook
Private Club located across the street from the Short Hills train station is looking for an experienced line cook. Hourly rate is commensurate with experience.
Duties include :
A la carte and banquet prep work
Adhering to safety and sanitation standards
Cooking on the line for a la carte dinner and banquet events
Various stations on the floor for private parties
Assisting the Executive chef in all duties, as needed
