The Administrative Assistant performs comprehensive support activities for multiple engineers. Duties include word processing, creating spreadsheets, electronic filing, engineering report creation and tracking. Strong software, computer and communication skills are vital to the success of this position
This position is accountable and responsible for safeguarding confidential information.
General Responsibilities:
· Maintaining detailed records, generating reports, and multitasking within fast-paced atmospheres.
· Managing and streamlining administrative processes to reduce errors, improve accuracy and efficiency, and achieve organizational objectives.
· Outstanding interpersonal, customer service, telephone, and organizational skills; thrive within detail-oriented, deadline-driven environments.
The Office Assistant role is on-site and hourly, with an expectation of 30-40 hours a week depending on the candidate’s circumstance. Our office standard working hours are 8:00 am – 5:00 pm, Monday – Friday.
