Location: Arlington Admin
Status: Full-Time, Exempt (Salary), Non-Management
Hours: Monday- Friday 6:30am-3pm
Summary
Faciltiies Maintenance Manager is responsible for the upkeep and maintenace of all our facilities in the Central region.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Janitorial duties
- Maintenance duties
- On call duties
- Scheduling duties
- Manage payroll
- Manage vendor relations
Qualifications
- General knowledge of repair and maintenance
- Plumbing
- Electrical
- Drywall
- Chemical mixing
- Driver's License
Work Environment
- Will be walking
- Will be standing
- Will be lifting
- Will be using power tools
