What will I do?

As a Customer Service Representative (CSR), you'll play a crucial role in ensuring smooth payroll operations and exceptional client support. Your key responsibilities include:

• Payroll Compliance Specialist- Oversee daily payroll operations, and conduct quarterly and year-end audits for accuracy and compliance.
• Client Support Specialist - Manage a portfolio of client accounts, provide expert guidance and training on web-based products, and promptly address client inquiries.
• Detail-Oriented Organizer and Supportive Team Player - Maintain meticulous client profiles and processing instructions, and provide backup support to team members.
• Collaboration Champion - Contribute to special projects, and collaborate effectively with team members.

Position requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent GED required.
• Four-year degree or equivalent combined education and work experience preferred.
• Minimum 2 years prior payroll experience preferred.
• Previous account management experience preferred.
• Experience working with iSolved or other Human Capital Management systems is beneficial.
