**Job Duties:**
* Respond to, handle and resolve customer inquiries
* Provide customers with product and service information in field
* Identify and deescalate customer issues
* Effectively communicate both verbally and written, with clients and company personnel
* Work independently and in a team environment to maximize profit
**Job Requirements:**
* Be able to pass a criminal background check
* Should be 18 years or older
* Be available to work full time
* Customer service experience preferred, but not required
