Part-time groundkeeper who can maintain landscaping and property so all is working well and looking good. Includes weeding, landscaping, cutting grass, and everything in between. Must be able to report on the state of the property and issues involved with the property. Will be responsible for removing garbage and debris as needed, including grass clippings, weeds, and tree branches.
Must be an individual who is efficient and can perform physically demanding tasks with ease. Must be self-motivated and self-disciplined, being able to plan your days efficiently.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: No more than 20 per week
