We are seeking a Business Development Representative ("BDR") to join our dynamic team at the Party Staff. This person must possess strong people skills and have the ability to work with a variety of clients internally and externally. In addition, the BDR must have strong attention to detail, keen follow up skills and a willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment. In this position, he or she will be responsible for developing and executing sales plans to generate new business, meet internal quotas, and most importantly the needs of our clients. The ideal candidate would be a mid-level sales professional or junior, indoor/outdoor sales professional, looking for an opportunity to move into a fast-paced outside sales role. If this is you, and have a strong entrepreneurial spirit with a passion for building relationships and networking, we want to hear from you. Candidates must be local to the Greater Orange County area.

Bachelor’s degree, preferred.
Compensation:
$55,000 to $65,000 plus a comprehensive commission package.
This position also entails health benefits, paid vacation, and 401k program.
