The weekday & weekend mornings will have the local coffee house vibe carrying Deeper Roots coffees, served with assorted pastries, quiches, scones, cookies, and breakfast sandwiches will be served from early morning to afternoon happy hour. Charcuterie boards, apps, and dinner entrees will be served in the evenings, specializing in wine pairings. Weekends will serve brunch options, quiches, and morning adult beverages.
The bar will feature finer bourbons and other flavor-rich liquors for upscale cocktails, boozy hot chocolates, and coffees. TPP will be an open social house vibe for professionals looking for a coffee to start their day, the local 1000 apartment residents within the block, residents walking their dogs in the park, visiting for concerts or biking for their java pick-me-up, professionals conducting interviews and/or business, parents traveling to and from dropping family members to their various destinations happening in Blue Ash.

- Communicate with Management Team / Owner / Employees in all aspects.
- FOH opening & shift checks. Oversee every aspect of quality.
- Always Maintaining an extraordinary level of cleanliness of the facility
- Maintain coffee( wholesale & retail), tea and paper/filter/syrup, milk etc…
- Inventory needs with all managers to keep an unblemished supply for customers.
- Build, Train and Uphold the coffee program.
- Maintain and assist with the Sequence of Service for table service.
- Motivate Team Members, provide positive communication and to ensure proper execution that complies with company standards.
- Detail-oriented leader to set and uphold our customer experience standards.
- Build and Maintain customer service speed to service.
- Use of XOGO digital software for posting coffee specials of the day on restaurant digital signage and providing social media images for customer viewing.
- Build a seasonal coffee beverage program to increase sales.
- Train staff on foods, alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks and wines in our menu and retail portfolio in order to sell and educate customers beyond just coffee.
