Job Details:
- Position: Solare Barista (PT)
- AM and weekend availability is a must, Part-time
- Greets customers in a friendly manner and takes food and drink orders.
- Preparing beverages, at the customer's request.
- Answering customers’ questions about menu choices and knowledge about the menu options.
- Suggesting menu options to customers.
- Taking payment from customers using a POS system.
- Maintaining equipment by cleaning, and upholding food safety standards.
- Following a detailed checklist adhering to company protocols and standards.
- Working to earn new customers and providing the highest level of customer satisfaction.
- A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
- Ability to provide top-notch customer service in a fast-paced environment.
- A positive attitude and ability to work well under pressure with all restaurant staff.
- Does high-quality work while unsupervised.
- Able to work in a standing position for long periods.
- Able to safely lift and easily maneuver trays of food when necessary.
