Duties and Responsibilities:

Greets customers in a friendly manner and takes food and drink orders.
Preparing beverages, at the customer's request.
Answering customers’ questions about menu choices and knowledge about the menu options.
Suggesting menu options to customers.
Taking payment from customers using a POS system.
Maintaining equipment by cleaning, and upholding food safety standards.
Following a detailed checklist adhering to company protocols and standards.
Working to earn new customers and providing the highest level of customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
Ability to provide top-notch customer service in a fast-paced environment.
A positive attitude and ability to work well under pressure with all restaurant staff.
Does high-quality work while unsupervised.
Able to work in a standing position for long periods.
Able to safely lift and easily maneuver trays of food when necessary.
Willing to follow instructions and ask questions for clarification if needed.
Able to handle money accurately and operate a point-of-sale system.
Able to work in a busy restaurant environment.
Restaurant experience is a plus.
