Description The Prep Cook primarily provides basic food and beverage preparation services to support the kitchen staff.

Key Responsibilities (but are not limited to):

Assembles and packages food and beverage products

cutting, peeling, chopping, and slicing fruits and vegetables

Carves and displays meats, vegetables, fruits, and salads

replenishes service lines as necessary

Maintains cleanliness of facilities

Complies with standard food handling and sanitation procedures

Job Requirements:

Prior experience working in high volume or fast casual dining restaurant environment preferred

General knowledge of kitchen equipment and cooking practices

Basic knife handling skills; Demonstrated customer service experience

Ability to stand and exert well-paced mobility for periods up to 8 hours while maintaining a fun and positive attitude
