Job Description:

We are seeking a versatile and proactive individual to join our team as an Office Clerk / Receptionist in Miami. This role will provide administrative support to various departments within the company and serve as the first point of contact for clients and visitors.

Pay range:

$17.50 - $27.00 hourly

Responsibilities:

  • Greet clients, visitors, and vendors with a warm and welcoming demeanor, directing them to the appropriate person or department.
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls and emails, taking messages and forwarding inquiries as needed.
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, data entry, and maintaining office records.
  • Manage office supplies inventory, placing orders and ensuring adequate stock levels are maintained.
  • Assist with scheduling appointments, coordinating meetings, and preparing meeting rooms.
  • Assist with mail distribution, including sorting, distributing, and preparing outgoing mail.
  • Support the marketing team with social media scheduling, content creation, and other tasks as needed.
  • Requirements:

    • High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree or higher preferred.
    • Previous experience in an office clerk, receptionist, or administrative support role preferred.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
    • Positive attitude, team player mentality, and willingness to assist wherever needed.
