With an average of 18 students per classroom and a classical, time-tested curriculum, Oaks Academy instructional assistants are able to know and love every student entrusted to their care. They are able to focus on facilitating holistic, authentic learning in a collaborative, professional community.

The Art Instructional Assistant partners with classroom teacher, supports the academic program (assists in preparation of materials, plans schedules, maintains files and records, assessments, subs for teacher); interacts with the children, works one-on-one with those needing specialized attention, assisting in physical management and care of students in a collegial environment where relationships come first.
