DESCRIPTION:

Fast-paced real estate environment with tight deadlines; will manage all marketing aspects, design brochures, flyers, postcards, business cards, a 32-page quarterly magazine, print ads, manage social media accounts, write descriptions of real estate listings, and more duties as assigned.

REQUIRED EDUCATION:

- Degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, or related field preferred

QUALIFICATIONS

- Strong proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite including InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator

-Ability to create engaging content

- Extreme attention to detail

- Strong organizational skills

- Strong time management skills, able to work independently

- Must be able to receive constructive feedback from other team members with an open mind

- Knowledge of designing print-ready files

- Knowledge of design fundamentals, typography, photography, and design trends

- Ability to write creative social media content and long, descriptive blog posts

- Excellent writing/editing and verbal communication skills

- Web design skills a plus, not required
