The Nile Health Network is Hiring an Administrative Assistant HCBS/FOSTER Department Near Mesa, AZ

The Nile Health Network provides State Contracted Behavioral Health and Developmental Health Services throughout the State of Arizona, with offices in Phoenix and Tucson Arizona. Specializing in Home and Community based services, Developmental Group Homes, ADH/CDH Residential Licensing, Transportation and Day Treatment Programs/Facilities. Our staff is experienced, State Certified, and professionally trained to provide quality direct care services. Our management team has over 20 years’ experience in direct care service and quality care coordination in the behavioral and developmental health field.

Job Site Location: Mesa, Az

Hours: 8am – 5pm Monday-Friday

HR Administrative Assistant Job Responsibilities

  • Provides administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.
  • Answers phone calls, schedules meetings and supports visitors.
  • Carries out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning etc.
  • Exhibits polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, and mail.
  • Supports team by performing tasks related to organization and strong communication.
  • Ensures operation of equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements, calling for repairs, maintaining equipment inventories and evaluating new equipment and techniques.
  • Provides information by answering questions and requests.
  • Maintains supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level, anticipating needed supplies, placing and expediting orders for supplies.
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
  • Perform administrative duties, such as maintaining employee databases and sorting emails for the HR department.
  • Maintain proper records of employee attendance and leaves.
  • Assist HR Manager in policy formulation, hiring and onboarding administration.
  • Submit online job postings, shortlist candidates and schedule job interviews.
  • Coordinate orientation and training sessions for new employees.
  • Ensure smooth communication with employees and timely resolution of their queries.

Required Qualifications:

  • Must be able to pass a level 1 fingerprint clearance background check.
  • Must have reliable transportation and maintain license and insurance requirements.
  • Must have reliable communication devices; smart phone and/or laptop
  • Must be 21 years of age or older

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.50 - $18.50 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
