Behavioral Caregivers will be responsible for implementing Positive Behavioral Support Plans developed to assist individuals in their daily lives, participation in community events and develop positive relationships with their families, peers, and staff.

Effective implementation of the plan requires a person who is able to maintain appropriate boundaries, interact with a person who may be emotionally unstable or possibly escalated behaviorally. Additional training will be provided as required.
