Registered Nurse – Behavioral Health(RN)
POSITION SUMMARY:
Working as aRegistered Nurse (RN) in Behavioral Health is a meaningful and challenging role.We are searching for an exceptional RN to join our Behavioral Health team tomake a positive impact on patient care. As an RN on our team, you will providecomprehensive, compassionate and holistic care to patients in our BehavioralHealth program. You will collaborate with our multi-disciplinary team to ensurethe best outcomes for our patients and their families.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Work under direct supervision using the state-specific Nurse Practice Act, Practice Guidelines and nursing judgment
- Deliver nursing care to patients requiring care, collecting patient data, making observations and reporting pertinent information to the care of patients
- Direct and supervise care given by other nursing staff members as needed
- Provide support and resources to patients and families in order to facilitate recovery
- Participate in quality improvement activities
QUALIFICATIONS &REQUIREMENTS:
- Must be a licensed RN in good standing with the state (as required)
- 1 years of nursing experience in a behavioral health facility strongly preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Excellent judgment and problem solving skills (critical thinking) coupled with the ability to work independently.
