**Overview:**
We are seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide vital support to ensure efficient office operations.
**Duties:**
- Perform clerical tasks such as typing, filing, and data entry
- Assist with receptionist duties, including receiving phone calls and in-person guests in a positive and professional manner
- Provide administrative support to the managment team with a sense of urgency and consistent follow-up
- Support sales and operations activities by coordinating logistics and communication
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients and visitors
- Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette when handling calls and messages
- Assist with order entry and processing tasks
- Experience in bookkeeping a plus
- Ability to transcribe documents accurately
**Skills:**
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all work performed
- Familiarity with basic office equipment such as printers and fax machines
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and work well under pressure
