- Oversee the daily operations of the food and beverage department
- Manage a team of food and beverage staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling
- Ensure high-quality customer service is provided to guests
- Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and profitability
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in all food and beverage areas
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner
```Experience:```
- Previous experience in team management within the food service industry
- Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
- Familiarity with hotel or restaurant operations
- Proficient in cash handling procedures
- Experience in kitchen management, including menu planning and cost control
- Knowledge of POS systems for order processing and payment handling
- Understanding of coffee preparation techniques is a plus
