Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Hunter mentality with exceptional follow up and follow through
  • Take responsibly over your book of business and the results
  • Negotiate and close deals with a great attitude and mindset on winning and serving your customer
  • Developing and executing strategic sales plans
  • Building and managing a growing pipeline through outbound prospecting
  • Analyzing investment opportunities for viability
  • Challenging the status quo and exceeding expectations
  • Developing and executing strategic outreach plans to identify and connect with potential investors
  • Face to Face Appointments
  • Remotely working in the Denver area
  • Conducting research and analysis on market trends and investment opportunities

Required Skills/Abilities:

  • 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the real estate industry
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Creative and innovative thinking
  • Ability to perform under pressure and work on tight deadlines
  • Comfortability on the phone connecting with sellers
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

  • Flexible working schedule
  • 1 year financial opportunity: $110,294.00 - $249,237.00 per year

First year attainable earnings $110K to $249K. Average performers earn $150K. Top sales performers earn $250K plus, per year! Uncapped. Commissioned Position. $60,000 first year non-recoverable draw to help you get started.
