The job involves creating and managing knowledge articles within the Knowledge Management System (KMS). The primary responsibility is to convert high-quality content that contributes to the organization's knowledge base from a word document into a digital platform.
The individual will organize the knowledge articles within the AcceleratorKMS system, ensuring they are appropriately categorized and tagged. This allows users to easily discover and access the relevant information they are seeking.
