Founded in 2005, The Mount Washington Group is a property owner and asset management company with residential units throughout the Baltimore area. We are looking for a full-time Assistant Property Manager to join our expanding team.
As Assistant Property Manager, you will be responsible for assisting with the daily operations of the property.
This position is right for you, and you can grow together with us, if you are focused, with strong attention to detail, dependable and have the ability to grow and maintain occupancy rates at your location.
Responsibilities:
● Work hand in hand with the Property Manager to manage the property
● Work with all leads to lease property
● Communication with the maintenance technicians
● Investigate and resolve tenant complaints
● Ensure all work orders and repair requests are processed in a timely fashion
● Enforce property and associations' rules and regulations
Qualifications:
● Attention to detail
● Ability to build rapport with tenants
● Excellent written and verbal communication skills
● Familiarity with computer software
● Daily coordinate with vendors and technicians
Benefits:
● Full time position
● Paid vacation, sick and holidays
● Pay Range: $40,000 to $50,000 per year
