The Mom Project is Hiring a Remote Support Specialist, Global Partner

We are seeking a Support Specialist, Global Partner on a contract basis to support requests and complete operational processes across the company's global partner ecosystem. The ideal candidate is experienced in navigating various sales and ticketing systems, has a strong process and data analytics understanding, has a passion for quality and service, is organized with a demonstrable ability to adhere to timelines and service-level agreements (SLAs), and excels working in a multifaceted, fast-paced environment. This role is a hybrid setup with 3 days onsite and 2 days remote in Pleasanton, CA. What You’ll Do: Data owner for data integrity Help support operational enablement through systems set-up Become an expert on operational processes and serve as a go-to resource for internal and external stakeholders on day-to-day operations Work cross-functionally to help on escalations of operational issues Communicate and cooperate with teams across international time zones Other duties as assigned Must Haves: 1 years of experience in an external support role Minimum of 2 years experience in an operational or business operations capacity Salesforce.com system experience is required Proficient in Microsoft Suite and Google Suite (GSuite) Experience working with global cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment across multiple time zones Can drive issues to closure Sense of urgency and ability to adhere to set timelines and SLAs Advanced Excel and Tableau experience preferred Able to work independently and in a team, meticulous, critical thinker and performance-driven Strong ability to analyze issues, solve problems, and recommend improvements to processes Effective meeting management and steadfast follow-through on action items Project coordination skills are essential Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to communicate effectively with different levels within the organization as well as collaborate with multi-functional business partners and technical teams Education : Bachelor's degree preferred Hours & Location M-F, 40 hours/week. This role is a hybrid setup with 3 days onsite and 2 days remote in Pleasanton, CA.
