The Mom Project is Hiring a Remote Product Manager

***The salary range for this position is $95.53 - $99.81 per hour.***

We are seeking a Product Manager on a contract basis to help support their business needs. This role is a hybrid setup with 2 days remote and 3 days onsite at our Customer’s Hopkinton, MA , or Round Rock, TX location.
What You’ll Do:
Lead the Cloud Platform (Kubernetes) Product team in the deployment and operations of our Private Cloud infrastructure
Define and drive product roadmap by working with stakeholders, engaging with development and other product teams in shaping the product roadmap, and driving agile teams
Effectively communicate to Senior Leadership on product status and updates
Create Product roadmaps working with the product team and stakeholders
Manage global scrum team
Communicate effectively on Product status and roadmap to Senior Leadership and developments teams
Work with the Delivery Manager to remove impediments for Product teams
Assist development teams to migrate applications to Kubernetes-based product
Must Haves:
Strong experience driving Kubernetes product teams and leading Infrastructure products/projects
Extensive knowledge of all aspects of Infrastructure and Cloud Native technologies
Strong technical background with Data center technologies, Cloud native solutions, Kubernetes, and Open source technologies
Strong working experience in defining Product charters, Roadmaps, and Stakeholder communications
Leadership experience in driving global and cross-functional product teams of varying skill sets and experiences
Proficient with Agile methodologies, Tools (like JIRA), and Reporting tools (Power BI)
Experience in driving Product team and Operations efficiencies
Excellent written, oral communication and presentation skills with experience in effectively presenting to Sr. Leadership and a Broader audience
Education:
Bachelor's degree is preferred
Hours & Location:
M-F, 40 hours/week. This role is a hybrid setup with 2 days remote and 3 days onsite at our Customer’s Hopkinton, MA , or Round Rock, TX location.
