Our client, a sole practicing Estate Planning and Probate attorney with a holistic, family-oriented law firm seeking an experienced paralegal.
Candidates must have relevant experience with Texas Probate cases.
The ideal candidate will have significant experience handling all kinds of Texas probate matters, including:
- Probate of a will
- Heirship proceedings
- Muniment of Title
- Affidavit of Heirship
- Familiar with Texas Probate Laws
The qualified individual will be organized, able to independently manage cases and be comfortable interacting with clients. Must be friendly, professional, personable, self-starter. Must have good attention to detail. Must be able and willing to learn and continue to grow both professionally and personally.
