We are seeking a Performance Analyst, Quality Assurance on a contract basis to support our Customer's business needs. This role is a hybrid setup with 2 days onsite and 3 days remote at our Customer’s New York, NY location.
What You’ll Do:
Distribute regular or ad hoc reports providing quantitative data
Develop testing to uphold data quality
Work with business lines
Create performance metrics to track and measure the effectiveness of solutions
Work with Technology and Operations to address data quality issues
Completing various ad-hoc analytical reporting requests
Must Haves:
Experience in translating business strategy into a technical strategy
Education:
Bachelor’s Degree preferred
Hours & Location:
M-F, 40 hours/week. This role will be a hybrid setup with 2 days onsite and 3 days remote at our Customer’s New York, NY location.
