We are seeking a Financial Analyst on a contract basis to help support our Customer’s business needs. The candidate in this role will gain invaluable experience with visibility into the company's operations and business and have a meaningful impact within a growing Finance organization. Additionally, candidates for this role are well-rounded top performers who can be key contributors in a high-intensity growth environment. This role will have Attention to detail, organization, and a deep passion to learn. The role is 100% remote to these locations: Baltimore, MD, Boston, MA, Houston, TX, Los Angeles, San Diego, and Fremont, CA.
What You’ll Do:
Assist the Treasury team with system maintenance around the administration of banking portal access
Support a robust controls environment with regular interactions among internal and external audit functions
Work on Letters of Credit issuance, analysis, and reporting
Develop and maintain reporting capabilities that surface key insights to Finance management
Work on various Treasury global projects, such as system implementation
Must-Haves:
Experience in domestic and international Treasury Operations
Exceptional analytical skills and strong Excel skills (Pivot tables, Vlookups, etc.)
Knowledge of banking and treasury systems
A self-starter, have own initiative and possess strong prioritization and organization skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and can handle multiple projects simultaneously
Must have good verbal, written, and presentation skills to articulate ideas and plans clearly, accurately, and effectively with all levels of internal and external audiences
Team player adept at facilitating an open exchange of ideas and know how to build win/win relationships
Ability to manage multiple tasks under strict deadlines with meticulous attention to detail
Education:
A Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, or Accounting required
Hours & Location:
M-F, 40 hours/week. This role will be 100% remote.
