Job Description
The Insurance Sales Professional at The McMahan Group, Inc. is responsible for growing the book of business through new client sales and maintaining and retaining relationships with existing customers.

Responsibilities: 
  • Call, prospect, qualify, and sell auto & home insurance policies to new and existing clients in person, online, by phone, and through written communication
  • Foster and maintain excellent relationships with clients and prospects through regular follow-up, accurate and timely quotations, and general account support. Anticipate, respond to, and follow up on all existing client needs
  • Actively call and solicit policy bundles to existing clients as well as network for new clients, including win backs 
Qualifications:
  • Hold Virginia Property and Casualty License or willing to get licensed
  • Prior sales experience preferred, not required
  • Ability to put in the effort to succeed and work well in team office environment
