The primary objective of this position is to facilitate the relationship between McClone, our client, and carrier partners to ensure client’s annual goals and targets are met. This role will provide proactive and relevant communication on benefit plans and legislative updates. This role will understand the client’s needs and goals to make appropriate recommendations for employer and/or employee training throughout the year. Additionally, this position will respond to client needs, inquiries, and concerns. The Senior Account Executive will serve as the focal point in all client services, coordinating between Risk Advisor and other department resources to ensure commitments are met.
This position’s focus is providing these services to accounts with 100 lives and self-funded groups. This position also manages the renewal process and assists with new business implementation of group benefits policies. May need to act as Risk Advisor in special circumstances.
