Essential functions of the position include, but are not limited to:

• Prospect and qualify new personal lines accounts which meet agency standards
• Generate new business appointments through networking, referrals and other sources to attract and retain new clients
• Seek cross-sell opportunities from other departments and round out lines of business on current accounts
• Partner with sales advisors in Personal Lines, Commercial Lines, and Employee Benefits to present Personal Insurance as a voluntary benefit to employees of current clients and prospects - including, but not limited to:
• On site marketing/quoting
• Presentation of personal insurance products offered
• Review company issued New and Renewal policies for accuracy in rating, typing, endorsement forms and coverage
• Provide client support, develop relationships and work independently on assigned accounts
• Educate clients on their insurance coverage, needs, and identify potential gaps in coverage

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 per year
