POSITION SUMMARY

The primary responsibility of this position is to add efficiencies to the employee benefits department by providing support on behind-the-scenes tasks, allowing the account management team to spend more time interacting and supporting their clients.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• Efficient and accurate handling of requests; process terms, enrollments, and changes; creating communication pieces; prepare SPD wrap documents; resolving client billing issues; creating and updating of reports and assisting with ensuring clients records are accurate in the management system
• Working proficiently and independently in all customer management databases, to include strong documentation of any paper trails and client interactions
• Solid understanding of the agency management system, carrier websites, products, and benefit plan designs
