- Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children in your care
- Plan and implement age-appropriate activities to stimulate and educate children
- Supervise and monitor children's activities at all times
- Assist with feeding, diapering, and other basic care tasks as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized childcare space
- Communicate with parents regarding their child's daily activities and progress
- Follow all health and safety guidelines and maintain proper hygiene practices

- Caregiving: Ability to provide compassionate care and support to children
- Educate: Knowledge of early childhood education principles and practices
- Experience with children: Previous experience working with children in a childcare or educational setting
- Infant care: Understanding of the unique needs of infants and ability to provide appropriate care
- Daycare/Childcare: Familiarity with the operations and routines of a daycare or childcare facility
- Early childhood education: Knowledge of child development stages and appropriate educational activities for young children
- Classroom management: Ability to create a structured and engaging learning environment for children
- First aid: Certification in first aid/CPR or willingness to obtain certification
- Childhood development: Understanding of child development milestones and ability to support children's growth and development
