Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Childcare Provider to join our team. As a Childcare Provider, you will be responsible for creating a safe and nurturing environment for children in our care. This is a full-time position with competitive pay.
Duties:
- Provide attentive care and supervision to children in a childcare setting
- Plan and implement age-appropriate activities to stimulate learning and development
- Maintain a clean and organized childcare environment
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all children at all times
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's progress and any concerns that may arise
- Assist with meal preparation and feeding as needed
- Collaborate with other childcare providers to create a positive and inclusive atmosphere
Qualifications:
- Previous experience working with children, such as in a classroom or nannying setting
- Knowledge of early childhood education principles and practices
- Familiarity with behavior management techniques
- Ability to provide first aid when necessary
- Strong classroom management skills
- Patience, empathy, and a genuine love for working with children
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
